Be positive!—You can have all the qualifications in the world and your resume can still fall short in getting you that dream job, if you fail to become positive. Above all in your resume and interview – you must be positive. Remove any negative and/or irrelevant points. If you feel your graduation date will open you up to age discrimination, don’t include it in your cover letter. If you do some duties in your current job that don't support your current job search objective, leave them out. Focus on the duties and tasks that do support your objective, and leave off irrelevant personal information like your race, weight, and height.
