Always be positive! – In your job interview and even your resume, you must paint a positive picture of yourself. Leave out any negative or irrelevant points in your resume, if you think the year of your graduation might subject you to age discrimination, then keep it out. If there are tasks or duties in your past job that are not relevant to the current job search objective, don’t include them. Focus on the tasks and duties that are relevant to your present job applications. Lastly, don’t include unnecessary bits of information such as your height, weight, or race.
