CV by Job type: HR-Management CV

HR managers are responsible for handling the company’s human resources operations. They are in-charge of a number of things -- recruiting employees, improving employee retention rates, supporting organization development, implementing HR policies, and counseling employees. Being an HR manager means you have the leadership and communication skills to reach out to people with ease. Resume writing for this kind of job can be tricky because recruiters are looking for an HR resume that proves experiences in the field.

How to do a resume that grabs the attention of your recruiter?

Well for starters, don’t simply rely on the Internet to look for your next job. Get out there and form connections, as an HR rep your skill set should involve networking with people. Going out there will help you find a network of potential leads. Finding people that are active in your desired field of employment can do amazing things for your career and outlook.

Always have a solid plan before reaching out to people, write in your resume your past work experiences and skills and are relevant to the type of job you’re applying for.  Having a clean and crisp resume also helps, select clean fonts and use font styles sparingly (bold, italics, etc…) But if you’re really finding a hard to start your resume, take into consideration using resume builders or templates. Most templates already have a modern and functional design and all you have to do is edit out the bits to make it your own. Easy!
