• To personalize your experience on the platform (language, device, preferences)
• To send you communications related to employability, job offers, or MYCVFACTORY events
• To generate personalized recommendations via our optimization tools, including AI
• To analyze platform usage to improve our services (statistics, user feedback, etc.)

3. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on the following legal grounds:

4. Data Retention

In accordance with legislation, personal data is kept only for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected.
Application data forming part of a candidate file is retained for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact.

Each profile created upon account registration is stored for 24 months after the last update or modification. After a period of inactivity, the user will receive a reminder by email to update their data. Without action, the account and associated data will be deleted within 3 months. However, the user may submit a new application by creating a new account and entering their professional information.

5. Data Recipients

MYCVFACTORY is the sole recipient of your personal data and commits not to share it with any third party without your prior consent. Your data will never be used for purposes not permitted by law, nor shared with partners unless you explicitly agree. By choosing to share your personal data with other companies, you agree to receive offers and promotions related to their products and services.

6. Your Rights

In accordance with data protection regulations, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, and transfer your personal data. You may also request the restriction of processing for legitimate reasons or withdraw your consent at any time.
