Can I cancel an order?

Any confirmed order on the website constitutes an irrevocable acceptance by the customer towards MyCVFactory, which can only be contested within the limits set forth in the "General Terms and Conditions of Sale."
By confirming the order, the customer expressly authorizes the service to begin and waives their right of withdrawal, as the service execution starts before the withdrawal period expires, in accordance with Article L121-20-2 of the French Consumer Code.
Therefore, you cannot cancel an order.
Additionally, payment to MYCVFACTORY triggers the start of service delivery. In case of a payment authorization refusal by officially accredited institutions, you will be notified by email that your order has been canceled and services will not be delivered.
MYCVFACTORY reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is an existing dispute regarding the payment of a previous order.
