What really make it for a resume to
be noticed by a potential employer is how well-detailed and simple it is — no
clutter, no unnecessary words — just straight to the point.
Segments of the resume must be
short, but substantial. Make it no more than five lines long, take out any
irrelevant information that doesn't help out your qualifications for the job.
Use professional fonts (e.g. Seriff Fonts). Don't make the font size small, aim
around a size of 11-12. A resume is typically glanced for 10-30 seconds, follow
those tips and your resume will really stand out. Lastly, be positive — leave
out any negative information that doesn't carry out a better point. (e.g.
Overcoming that negative trait)
